Day 188 Nehemiah 1:1-4, 11, 2:1-20 Do you see any secrets of succes in this record of Nehemiah's actions?

Well I actually couldn't think of any at first when I first read the question but later after a few seconds of thinking about it, I realized that there are secrets of success in this record of Nehemiah's actions. He prays to God before doing anything, like Phillip Yancey said in his paragraphs above. And God can do anything, so of course God will help Nehemiah with what he has planned to do. We are only human and can't do much without God, but if we ask Him to or tell Him that we need His help, then He will surely be there for you.

That's the only secret I have thought of for Nehemiah's success in that record of action. The people who mock him now will be in awe of what he did with the help and guidence of God.
