Day 68 God's Puzzle?

The Bible teaches us that God's ways are a lot different from ours. God's ways are much higher, deeper, richer, fuller, magnificent. Our powers of understanding are not sufficient to understand the mind of God without His help. Which is why we have the Bible. It is revelation: truth from God. As we read and study and apply the Bible the gap can close somewhat. But Paul says in I Cor, presently we are looking through a "glass darkly". It's like the smoked glass found in limos. Outsiders can't see into the car. One day we will have more complete understanding.but currently we will often be somewhat confused. I have an oil lamp from the Holy Lands, it's not like a big flashlight, it will only give out enough light to see the next couple of steps. But when we take those steps then we can see a little bit farther down the road from our new vantage point. And as we walk by faith, we will have sufficient light to follow the path.
