Day 60

Most of the bloggers are leaders with responsibilites like Moses. There is a debate among interpreters about Jethro's advice, but I think it was pretty wise. Moses seems to me to be very responsible kind of guy. No doubt he derived a lot of self-worth from his position and work. But each of us have limits. This year there will be Brother/Sister Night, Retreats, CCU along with school and family responsibilites. So it will take lots of wisdom and leadership ability to take care of everything. A good leader knows how to delegate, to prioritize, get other's involved and be encouragers and motivators to get the job done. I believe God has called each of us to be leaders, and with God's call come his provision in terms of energy, talent, skills and co-workers. If the work of the fellowship ever becomes a burden, remeber we serve a gracious God, who will share our burdens, and will give us the rest we need.
