Well I think I sensed God's power in Nature when those few days of heavy rain, and the winds were so loud and strong, and I did hear thunder one time and it only happened once but it got me scared, I hate thunder and lightning (why is it "thunder and lightning" when the lightning comes first?), ever since I was a baby LOL yes my parents told me that whenever I heard the thunder I would just start crying, until my dad puts covers over me, and he was under it with me then I was fine, and I still do. I remember when I was five years old when I was carrying bowls to let my wash it, there was/were thunder and lightning that night and I attempted to cover my ears while holding the bowls, I didn't drop them. Yeah, well I just sensed His anger, when I heard the roaring wind, and the rumble of the thunder (which happened only once...) but I feel that I fear Him even more than I used to.

i think it was really cool (and kinda funny :]) how your dad did that for you when the thunder came around. the thought occured to me that that is something like what God does when we hear thunder in our own lives. really awesome! oh, and i don't think we have to be afraid that God is angry or anything when the thunder and strong winds come. it's just God showing his amazing strength in nature. yep yep!
